3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, notice to the first respondent is dispensed with.

4. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 4 would submit that the petitioner's application for admitting his child will be considered as per their norms.

5. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
