Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the entire records relating to the detention order of the first respondent in No.121/BCDFGISSSV/2015, dated 08.09.2015 and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu by name Pratab @ Pratab Kumar S/o.Murugesan, male, aged about 25/2015, who is detained in the Central Prison, Madurai, before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by P.R.SHIVAKUMAR, J.] The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Habeas Corpus Petition has become infructuous, as the order of detention challenged herein has been revoked by the Government. 2.Mr.A.Ramar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, produced a copy of the Government Order containing the revocation order. The revocation order came to be passed in G.O.Rt.No.6813, Home, Prohibition & Excise (IX) Department, dated 29.10.2015.

3. As the order of detention has been revoked, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
