ORDER

The learned Government Advocate states that the provisions relating to the SC/ST Act have been deleted from the instant FIR. This submission of the learned Government Advocate is recorded. Since the SC/ST offences have been deleted, the question of considering this direction does not arose.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seek leave to withdraw the criminal original petition filed by him. 3.Accordingly, this Criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to work out their rights as per law.
