(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents.

2. Petitioner seeks a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.04.2018 and make arrangement to remove all encroachments of the school situate in S.F.No.7/1 & 7/2 at Kallur Village, Pudukottai District.

3. Considering the rival submissions and nature of the matter, we consider it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 23.04.2018, on merits and proceed in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. The outcome of the representation of the petitioner may be intimated by the respondents to him.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
