Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by one Sankar, O/o Vinayaga Match Factory, Athipatti Village, Thiruvengadam Taluk, Thenkasi District. ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for restraining the respondent from harassing the petitioner and his family.

3. The learned Government Advocate strongly denied the allegations made in the petition. He states that a complaint had been received from Uthandaraman of Kuruvikulam Village that the petitioner is threatening him. It appears to be a case of financial transaction. He further states that only CSR has been registered and no FIR has been registered. The respondent police states that if they want to enquire the petitioner, they will issue summons in writing. The petitioner shall be given notice, so that he will have breathing time to move the Court for anticipatory bail.

4. With the direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
