ORDER

Heard Mr.P.Ganapathi Subramanian, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.S.Karthikeyan, learned Standing Counsel, who takes notice on behalf of the respondent. 2.By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to issue a direction to the respondent to finalize the tender process, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ pursuant to the tender notification dated 11.01.2018.

4.Today, when the matter is taken up for admission, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the tender process has already been finalized and work order has been issued on 09.02.2018. As such, the prayer sought for in this writ petition is infructuous.
