O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to take necessary action to receive Kudi Vari from the petitioner and enable the petitioner and her family members to participate in the Sri Veeraperumal, Pathra Kaliamman Temple Festival situated at Amarasimenthirapuram, Aranthangi Taluk, Pudukkottai District scheduled to be held from 29.04.2019 to 01.05.2019.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.sid) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.K.Arunraj, learned counsel, who undertakes to file vakalat for the respondents 5 to 8.

3.Mr.K.Arunraj,learned counsel, who takes notice for the respondents 5 to 8 submitted that they are not ex-communicating the petitioner and welcoming everybody to participate in the temple festival. The said statement is recorded.

4. In view of the above said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 5 to 8, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition.
