O R D E R

*********** [Order of the Court was made by V.S.RAVI, J] The petitioner is the mother of one Maybel Rajisha, aged about 17 years. On the allegation that she has been illegally detained by the third respondent, the petitioner has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. Today, when the matter is called, in the open Court, the detenue viz., Maybel Rajisha, produced by the second respondent. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the petitioner are also present. The petitioner identified the detenue. On enquiry, the detenue categorically asserted in the open Court that no one illegally detained her or harassed her. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The petitioner has stated that she is ready and willing to give proper protection, care, love, education, food and shelter to the detenue. The detenue is also willing to go with the mother / petitioner herein. The said statements are recorded. 3.In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of entrusting the custody of the minor Maybel Rajisha to the petitioner, who is present before this Court.
