O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent nos.1 to 3 to not to harass the petitioner and his children without any basis under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State. M/s.K.Sobhana Raj, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Sucindaram Police Station is present.

3. It is seen that the petitioner's husband had borrowed money from several persons and had failed to return the amount and also had gone underground. When those persons started pestering the petitioner to know about the whereabouts of the petitioner's husband, she has lodged a complaint dated 18.03.2017, in which petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.70 of 2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the Police and the Police are directed to complete

the enquiry in CSR No.70 of 2017 and take action in accordance with law.
