ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by the Conductor who was dismissed from the service by the respondents/Transport Corporation seeking a mandamus to provide pension and other monetary benefits based upon his representation dated 23.03.2021.

2.The perusal of the typed set of papers indicates that there are no acknowledgment or postal receipt to indicate that the representation has been sent to the respondents herein.

3.Considering the above said fact, the petitioner is herein directed to give a fresh representation to the second respondent herein along with a copy of this order seeking the above said benefits. On receipt of such representation, the second respondent herein is directed to consider the same on merits in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of such representation. 2/4

4.With the said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
