Respondents PRAYER :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant permission and protection for doing the plastering works on the corridor of the temple and to celebrate the Panguni festival to the Karuppasamy temple situated at Melakadayanallur, Kadayanallur Taluk, Tenkasi District by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 21.03.2022.

3.Considering the above, third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 21.03.2022, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter party, if any and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
