2. The petitioner herein have arranged for fake transit pass to move people from Chennai to Tirunelveli during the Corona lock down period. When they were intercepted near Tirunelveli they found the pass carried by them is fake one and investigation revels that one Ashok who is computer centre owner has created fake pass at the instance of this petitioner.

3. Considering the nature of crime alleged to have committed during the lock down period violating travel restrictions, this Court finds no merits in this petition.

4. Hence this petition stands dismissed.
