O R D E R
The Contempt Petition is filed alleging that the order passed by this Court is not complied with.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.Veera Karthiravan, learned Additional Advocate General, assisted by Mr.R.Suresh Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents submitted that they have preferred writ appeal in W.A(MD)No.1089 of 2022. In the meanwhile, this Court directed the respondents to comply with the undisputed portion of the order. He further submitted that the petitioner was paid the undisputed amount and vide letter, dated 29.04.2023 directions was issued to the Accountant General to disburse the undisputed amount. The respondents have complied with the portion of the order.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court is convinced that there is no contempt as alleged. For the remaining portion of the order, the respondents have preferred writ appeal. The rights of the parties will be determined in the order of the writ appeal.
