PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body or the detenue, namely, Praveen Kumaran, aged about 20 years old, S/o.Kumaran, before this Court and set him at liberty. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) The petitioner, seeking production of his son, namely, Praveen Kumaran, aged about 20 years, has filed this Habeas Corpus Petition. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for admission, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, who is the mother of the detenue, an enquiry was conducted and the whereabouts of the detenue was found. He has been secured and produced before this Court. When we enquired, he wants to go with his mother ie., the petitioner. 3.Recording the submission made by the detenue, we allow the detenue to go along with his mother ie., the petitioner herein. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
