ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the requistition letter submitted by the Principal District Munsif Court Melur, Madurai in D.No.81 of 2022 dated 11.02.2022 the earlier order of this court dated 27.04.2021, this Court made the following order:

2.It is evident from the records that this Court vide order dated 27.04.2021, has directed the learned District Munsif, Melur, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.217 of 2008 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Thereafter, the Court below sought further time. This Court vide order, dated 12.11.2021, granted two months time for disposing of the case. Now the learned District Munsif, Melur has submitted a letter, dated 11.02.2022, stating that the order copy has been received only on 10.12.2021 and seeks further one month time for disposal of the said suit.

3.Since impleading petition was filed and the same was allowed, this Court is inclined to extend the time sought for by the Court below. Accordingly, one month time is granted to the learned District Munsif, Melur, to dispose of the said suit in O.S.No.217 of 2008 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
