This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to give police protection for life and limb of the petitioner and his family members from the 3rd respondent or his agents.

2.It is seen that the representation given by the petitioner dated 28.03.2022 to the first respondent is pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the third respondent and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
