This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking a direction, directing the respondent to register FIR as against P.S.A.Sayed Ibrahim and two others on the basis of the complaint dated 06.03.2016 received on 07.03.2016 given by the petitioner.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for petitioner and learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents. 3.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) that the petitioner has given a letter, dated 07.03.2016 requesting the respondent police not to proceed with the case. Based on the letter, the respondent police has closed the complaint.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. In the event of effecting closure of the case upon conducting a petition enquiry, a copy of the closure report shall be forwarded to the complainant.
