Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate would submit that the petition mentioned representations dated 06.02.2017 and 17.07.2017 will be disposed of by the fifth respondent on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after putting notice to the petitioner and other interested parties on notice.

4. It is made clear that it is open to the fifth respondent to pass orders one way or the other. This Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter.

5. With these observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
