This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider and dispose of the representations dated 10.12.2021 and 15.02.2022 of the petitioner in accordance with law and on merits.

2.The learned Junior Standing Counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the petitioner's representations dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.5986 of 2022 10.12.2021 and 15.02.2022 will be disposed of within 8 weeks by the 2nd respondent.

3.Recording the above submission, the writ petition stands disposed of by directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 10.12.2021 and 15.02.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to state that before passing such orders, the petitioner shall also be heard. No costs.
