This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to quash the FIR in Crime No.324/2023, pending on the file of the first respondent police.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that in this case, after completion of investigation, final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ramanathapuram.

3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
