ORDER

This Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court, specifically condition No.7(iii) of the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.2170 of 2025, dated 07.02.2025.

2. Mr.K.P. Sankarakumarakurubaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondent-police ill-treated the petitioner. Hence, he is 1/3

unable to comply with the condition passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.2170 of 2025, dated 07.02.2025. Therefore, he prays for the modification of condition No.7(iii) of the order passed in the said petition.

3. Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the petition and also considering the request made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition stated in Paragraph No.7(iii) of the order in the said petition and the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli, weekly once (i.e., on Friday) at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
