ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner, who was arrested on 20.07.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 302, 120-B and 109 IPC in Cr.No.307 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to political enmity, the petitioner and other accused attacked the deceased with deadly weapons and caused death.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that co-accused in this case stand granted bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) Nos.14973 to 14975 of 2016 on 22.08.2016.

4. Heard learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on the above submission.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai, and on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders.
