ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 420 in Crime No.389 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, the petitioners has come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner received a sum of Rs.3,20,000/- from the defacto complainant promising to arrange a job abroad and subsequently, the petitioner neither arranged the job nor returned the amount to the defacto complainant.

4. It is seen that on 06.09.2016, this Court had granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner, which was subsequently extended twice on 20.09.2016 and 07.10.2016 respectively. 5.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that petitioner is indulged in the offence of job racketing. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

7. Taking note of the fact that serious offence is said to have been committed by the petitioner, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

8. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed and the interim order already granted is vacated.

9. There is no reason as to why the Police have not initiated action against the persons, who are giving bribe, as giving bribe as well as receiving bribe is an offence.
