When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that charge sheet has been filed, but it has not been taken on file before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court. In view of this, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
