This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner without following the due process of law based on the petitioner's representation dated 14.03.2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State. Mr.Gunasekaran of Keerathurai Police Station is present. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the complaint given by one Prabhu against this petitioner, a petition enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed. A copy of the closure report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
