O R D E R

*********** [Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first and second respondents to produce the body or person of petitioner's brother/detenu, namely R.Saravanan (aged 41 years), S/o.Rathinam before this Court and handover him to the petitioner's custody from the illegal detention of the respondents 3 to 5.

2. Even according to the petitioner, the alleged detenu, who is aged about 41 years, is in the custody of the respondents 3 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

H.C.P.[MD].No.254 of 2020 to 5 from 06.12.2018. Whereas, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed only now alleging that the detenu is in the illegal custody of his uncle.

3. On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the alleged detenu is in the custody of the fourth respondent herein. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
