ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.422 of 2024, dated 05.02.2025. 1/3

2. Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and hence, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, submits that the petitioner has complied with the condition only for 15 days.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the condition No.6(iv) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.422 of 2025, dated 05.02.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 am until further orders. The other conditions shall hold good.
