This application is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.545 of 2016, on the file of the Karimedu Police Station.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the State and also perused the materials available on record.

3. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that a charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.248 of 2016 before the Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai and the same has been taken on file.
