This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking a direction, directing the second respondent, the Inspector of Police, Moondradaippu Police Station, to register the case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 18.08.2016.

Heard learned counsel appearing for petitioner and learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents. 3.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and thereafter, the same has been closed.
