To direct the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kamudhi, to expedite the trial pending in C.C.No.115 of 2016 and conclude the same within the time stipulated fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER:- This Criminal Petition coming on for orders on this day and and upon perusing the earlier order on this Court dated 22.04.2021, and the requisition letter submitted by the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate (FAC), Kamudhi, in D.No.393/2021 dated 21/04/2021 and this Court made the following order:- This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in C.C.No.115 of 2016. 2.This Court has already allowed the Criminal Original Petition, by order dated 22.04.2021 and directed the Court below to dispose of the case in C.C.No.115 of 2016, within a period of four months from the next hearing date. Now the Court below requests further time of one month to dispose of the said case. 3.Due to pandemic period, Court has been closed.

On this ground, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, one month time is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for disposing the case in C.C.No.115 of 2016..
