2. It is stated that the fifth respondent is seeking patta. The petitioner objects to issuance of patta in favour of the fifth respondent. All that the petitioner wants is that his objection must be taken note of while passing final order.

3. The first respondent is directed to take into account the petitioner's representation while dealing with the claim lodged by the fifth respondent.
