ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioners/A1 and A.2, who were arrested on 03.08.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 IPC, in Cr.No.41 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.The case is one, where the offence alleged is job racketing involving a sum of Rs.14,50,000/-.

4.On 07.09.2016, this Court has granted interim bail to the petitioners. Now, it is brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to, a further complaint of similar in nature, a case has been registered in Crime No.197 of 2016 on the file of Seythunganallur Police Station and the first petitioner was arrested on 14.09.2016 and the second petitioner has not been arrayed as accused in such case.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to release the first petitioner on bail and accordingly, this petition stands dismissed as far as the first petitioner is concerned.

6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the second petitioner is in custody from 03.08.2016, interim bail granted to the second petitioner is made absolute and the second petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of one week and thereafter as and when required.
