ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioners, who were arrested on 02.08.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 465, 468 and 471 IPC in Cr.No.216 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners stood as sureties for second time by erasing the Court's seal affixed in the documents.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been languishing in jail from 02.08.2016 without any fault on their part.

4.Heard learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) on the above submission.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on each of them executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Trichy City, and on condition that petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

10.30 am for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
