ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with this petition, praying to direct the 2nd respondent not to interfere the Civil Dispute and direct the 1st respondent to instruct the 2nd respondent to act in accordance with law.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the Government Advocate (crl.side) for the State would submit that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, an investigation has been conducted and the same has been closed as mistake of fact.
