The Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to execute warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Usilampatti in Cr.M.P.No.4033 of 2015 in M.C.No.17 of 2014.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side)would submit that warrant has already been recalled on 03.02.2018.
3. In view of the same, this petition has become infructous and the same is dismissed.
