PRAYER :- For Bail in crime no.88 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed by the petitioner/ accused seeking bail for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 3 and 5 of Explosive Substances Act 1908 @ 3 and 5 of Explosives Substances Act 1908 and 147,120(b) of IPC.

2.On 25.02.2020 there was explosion in the abandoned house owned by this petitioner. On receiving information the police has probed and found that the country made bomb were prepared and stored in the said house. After arrest of A1, the petitioner herein has given information by way of confession disclosing that the petitioner herein along with others have conspired to eliminate the leader of the rival gang and for that purpose they have manufactured country made bomb which has accidentally exploded. This petitioner along with two more persons have now been arrested by the respondent police and rest of the accused persons are yet to be arrested.

3. Considering the gravity of crime alleged to have been committed by this petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. Hence this petition stands dismissed.
