ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner, who was arrested on 15.07.2016, for offences punishable under Sections 5(k) and 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 in Cr.No.17 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had sexual torture to a mentally retarded girl.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is nothing to do with the alleged incident and 4.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) produced the medical report of the victim before this Court and the same was perused. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two
