Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the entire records relating to the detention order of the second respondent in No.111/BCDFGISSSV/2015, dated 14.08.2015 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the person or body of the petitioner's husband viz., Nagaraj (22/15) S/o.Raman, now confined at Central Prison, Madurai before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

*********** [Order of the Court was made by P.R.SHIVAKUMAR, J.] The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Habeas Corpus Petition has become infructuous, as the order of detention challenged herein has been revoked by the Government. 2.Mr.A.Ramar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, produced a copy of the Government Order containing the revocation order. The revocation order came to be passed in G.O.Rt.No.6344, Home, Prohibition & Excise (IX) Department, dated 08.10.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. As the order of detention has been revoked, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
