ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioners, who were arrested on 30.07.2016 for offences punishable under Section 366 IPC and Section 8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 in Cr.No.275 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to love affair, the victim girl found missing.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the victim girl stands secured.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the period of incarceration of the petitioners, this Court is inclined to release the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on each of them executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate NO.II, Thoothukudi, Thoothukudi District, and on condition that petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. sd/- 06/09/2016 / TRUE COPY / https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
