This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner complaining willful disobedience of the order dated 12.11.2025, in W.P.(MD) No.25043 of 2025, whereby this Court directed the respondent herein to decide the claim of the petitioner for medical invalidation.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Mr.B.Ramanathan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, placed before this Court a copy of the Medical Board's report bearing Na.Ka.No.3063/Ni.5/2026, dated 12.03.2026 declaring the petitioner fit to continue his job and refusing to declare him as medically invalidated.

3. In such circumstances, this Court is convinced that the respondent has complied with the order passed by this Court referred to above. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed. 23.03.2026 NCC :
