Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

2.The petitioners alleged harassment at the hands of the respondent Police at the instance of the fourth respondent herein. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) states that the allegation of harassment is false and that there is no harassment at all. But, it appears that the fourth respondent has given a complaint. If the Police want to enquire the petitioners, the petitioners have to be formally summoned in writing. CRL OP(MD). No.5349 of 2020 orally asked to come to the station for enquiry. If the respondent Police register any First Information Report, the petitioner have to be informed in writing so that they will have breathing time to move appropriate Court for getting anticipatory bail. 4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of on these terms.
