ORDER
The petitioners are shown as accused in Crime No.95 of 2020 registered on the file of the second respondent for the offences under Sections 294(b) and 506(2) of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act and Section 3(1)(r) and 3(1) (s) of SC/ST (POA) Amendment of Ordinance Act 2015. 2.Considering the pandemic time, notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.

CRL OP(MD). No.5351 of 2020 3.After hearing the learned counsel on either side, I am of the view that the relief sought for in this original petition can be granted. The petitioners are directed to surrender before the jurisdictional Special Court within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the learned Special Judge is directed to accept the surrender. The petitioners are at liberty to apply for regular bail and the said bail petition shall be considered on the same day of surrender. Since this direction will become infructuous, if the petitioners are arrested in the meanwhile. The respondents 1 and 2 are restrained from arresting the petitioners for a period of eight weeks from today. 4.This Criminal Original Petition is allowed on these terms.
