Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and her son.

ORDER
The present petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner and her son. 2.Mr.S.Sundarapandian, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contended that on the complaint lodged by the respondents 3 and 4, the second respondent is harassing the petitioner.
3.Per contra, Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that the present petitioner lodged a complaint with the second respondent and the same is registered in CSR.No.161 of 2021 and posted for enquiry. His further contention is that the second respondent never harassed the present petitioner.
