ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to survey the property situated in Survey No.11/1A/1A with an extent of 1833 sq.ft. at Melur Town, Melur Taluk, Madurai District, considering his representation dated 05.03.2022.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents.
3. It is the case of the petitioner that he purchased the subject property under a registered Sale Deed dated 04.03.2010 and the Patta for the subject property stands in the name of the Petitioner and others. The Town Survey Land Register (TSLR) for the subject property stands in the name of the petitioner and four others. The petitioner submitted a representation on 05.03.2022 seeking survey of the property. The same has not been considered and hence, the petitioner has come before this Court. 2/4
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader who appears for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 05.03.2022 will be considered in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.
5. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.03.2022 and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner, 3rd respondent and other co-pattadhars mentioned in Town Survey Land Register (TSLR) within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. The writ petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
