This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents to collect the footages of CCTV Cameras as indicated by the petitioner in her representation, dated 20.03.2020 forthwith and based on the videos so collected, the investigation of the case in Crime No.147 of 2020 pending on the file the Inspector of Police, Uthamapalayam Police Station, Theni District.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that the CCTV footage will be available only for 30 days.

3. Therefore, the direction sought for this Criminal Original Petition cannot be granted. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned Court for appropriate relief.
