ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to trace out and produce the detenu by name Rathika, aged 27 years and Lekha, aged 6 years, wife and daughter of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner is present and he has been identified by his counsel.

3. The second respondent viz., Inspector of Police, Masarpatti Police Station has produced the detenu and they have been identified by the petitioner.

4. Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, the relief sought in the petition has become infructuous.
