ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 3 to 5 to alter the FIR in Crime No.92 of 2015 from section 174 Cr.P.C. to Section 306 and 506(ii) IPC and to conduct https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

investigation and file final report within the time limit.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the fifth respondent has registered a case under Section 174 Cr.P.C. and after investigation, the fifth respondent closed the case as 'action dropped'.

4.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the fifth respondent to serve a copy of the closure report to the learned counsel for the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already served and after receiving the same, it is open to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
