The writ petition is filed challenging the order of the second respondent dated 29.03.2019.

2.Today, when the matter is came up for hearing, Mr.Aayiram K.Selvakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the second respondent had already withdrawn the order impugned in this writ petition.

3.In the light of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
