Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The writ petitioner's vehicle was seized in connection with illegal transportation of sand. The petitioner seeks it's release. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents pointed out that the petitioner is having one previous case.

4.Therefore, I am not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition. However, the petitioner is at liberty to move the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

5.With this liberty to the petitioner, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
