The petition has been filed under Section 439(i)(b) Cr.P.C., praying to modify the condition of the bail order dated 29.08.2016 imposed upon the petitioner by the Principal Sessions Judge, Trichy in Cr.M.P.No.1935 of 2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side).

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the trial court has granted bail to the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1935 of 2016 imposing some conditions. One of the conditions is that the petitioner shall appear before Somarasampettai Police Station daily twice at 10.00 a.m and 5.00 p.m until further orders. Since the petitioner was implicated in 6 other cases and he was granted bail on condition to appear before Tallakulam Police Station, at Madurai, he could not comply with the said two conditions and he prays for modification.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to modify the above said conditions as follows:

The petitioner shall appear before Somarasampettai Police Station daily twice at 10.30 a.m and 5.00p.m in all the 7 cases.

5. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above modification.
